Peplogix review: COAs and lab verification

Disclosure: PeptideCOACheck earns a commission if you buy from Peplogix through our links. This page reports the public evidence, good and bad, and the checker scores Peplogix's COAs by the same rules as everyone else's. We have not bought or lab-tested Peplogix products ourselves.

The short answer: Peplogix's strongest point is that you don't have to take its word for its test results. Every COA comes from an outside lab, Bioviridian, and prints a code that loads the report on the lab's own website. The weak points: no lot numbers, no sterility testing, COAs hidden behind an account login, and a lab that isn't accredited yet.

Can you verify a COA?Yes. Each report prints a Web Verification Code that resolves on bioviridians.com. All 73 codes PeptideBenchmark checked on July 30, 2026 resolved, and a made-up code did not
Reported purity99.6% to 99.9% across the COAs PeptideBenchmark read
Tests on the reportsIdentity (LC-MS), HPLC purity, net content and endotoxin on all; heavy metals on 73 of 74
Sterility testingNone reported
Lot or batch numbersNone, so a COA can't be matched to the vial you receive
Products without a COA19 of 96 (capsules and a serum), per PeptideBenchmark

Lab accreditationNot ISO/IEC 17025 accredited; the lab's CEO says it is working toward it

How to verify a Peplogix COA yourself

  1. Open the COA. Sign in to a free Peplogix account (affiliate link) and find the product in the COA Library, or ask Peplogix support for it.
  2. Find the verification code. Bioviridian prints a Web Verification Code on each report.
  3. Load the lab's copy. Look the code up on bioviridians.com. The lab hosts its reports at an address of the form bioviridians.com/coas/code.pdf. A real code returns the lab's own document.
  4. Compare the two. The compound, client name (Peplogix), purity and dates on the lab's copy should match the one you were shown.
  5. Run the numbers. Enter the mass, purity and test date in the free checker. Expect a warning for the missing batch number. That's an honest gap, not a bug.

The same idea works for other labs: see how to verify a Janoshik report and how to verify a Freedom Diagnostics COA. For background on why lab-hosted verification matters, see how to tell if a COA is fake and third-party testing explained.

What Peplogix's COAs don't prove

Peplogix product names, decoded

Peplogix sells some compounds under house names. Go by the COA mass, not the label.

Peplogix nameActual compoundExpected average mass
Reta (GLP-3)Retatrutide4,731.4 Da
Tirz (GLP-2)Tirzepatide4,813.5 Da
Sema (GLP-1)Semaglutide4,113.6 Da
BPC Wolverine (blends)Usually BPC-157 with TB-500; some add KPV or MGFCheck each component

The GLP numbers are labels, not the receptors these drugs act on: tirzepatide isn't a GLP-2 agonist and retatrutide isn't a GLP-3 agonist. For blends, a good COA reports identity and amount for every component separately.

Check other vendors the same way

Don't stop at one supplier's paperwork. Finnrick publishes independent test results for many vendors, and PeptideBenchmark tracks COA evidence and prices. Apply the vendor checklist to any shop you're considering, this one included.

How we put this page together

We read Peplogix's public pages on November 2, 2026, PeptideBenchmark's July 30, 2026 review, and Bioviridian's public statements. We did not buy, open or test Peplogix products. If a Peplogix COA fails verification, a lot tests badly, or the lab's accreditation status changes, we will update this page and say what changed, even when that's bad for us.

Frequently asked questions

Is Peplogix legit?

Its lab documents are checkable, which is more than many research-peptide vendors offer: each Peplogix COA is issued by Bioviridian and prints a verification code that loads on the lab's own website. The gaps are real too: no lot or batch numbers, no sterility results, COAs behind an account login, and a lab that says it is still working toward ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Verify a COA yourself before you buy.

Does Peplogix publish COAs?

Yes, in a COA Library on its website, but you need a free account to see it. Product pages don't mention testing.

Who tests Peplogix peptides?

Bioviridian Inc., an analytical lab in College Station, Texas, established in 2020. Its reports cover identity by LC-MS, HPLC purity, net content, endotoxin and, on most reports, heavy metals.

What is Reta (GLP-3) at Peplogix?

Peplogix's house name for retatrutide. Tirz (GLP-2) is tirzepatide and Sema (GLP-1) is semaglutide. The GLP numbers are labels, not the drugs' actual receptor targets, so check the COA mass against the real compound.

Does PeptideCOACheck get paid by Peplogix?

Yes. We earn a commission on purchases made through our link. It doesn't change this page's findings or how the checker scores any COA, including Peplogix's.
